Allevia is committed to providing excellent customer service, charging a fair price, and caring for your computer as if it were our own.
Allevia is owned and operated by me, Stefan Wilson.
I am a Christian, I’m actively involved in ministry at Friendsville United Methodist Church, and I have a passion for people, technology, and finding ways to make the two work together. The story that follows is my background; it is what defines me as a person and businessman. My hope is that you will see I’m not a flash-in-the-pan computer repairman – I hope to be much more than that!
Stefan Wilson’s Story
I began supporting computers in 6th grade at Alcoa Middle School. I loved the responsibility, problem-solving skills, and the “Oh my gosh you fixed it!” reactions of my teachers. The summer after my 8th grade year, the Alcoa Schools Foundation enabled the school to purchase 63 new iMac computers for all the classrooms.
